The Process

Initial Client Meetings – we will listen to the client’s requirements and discuss any viability issues at this stage. Costs and budgets will be discussed and the meeting will be followed up in writing with an estimate.

If Architects plans are needed they will now need to be drawn up and if required planning permission sought.

Once planning approval is achieved (if required) work will commence. With weekly Project Management meetings, the client is always up to date with progression and kept involved with how their home is developing.

Your Project Manager will keep the job running smoothly and remove any unnecessary stress from the client from start to completion.
